Who is Tejas Shah?
I'm Tejas Shah, a Senior Product Designer based in India, working with clients worldwide. Over 6+ years I've shipped 47+ products across AI-native SaaS, fintech, healthcare and consumer apps. A platform I led design for was named First Runner-Up, Best AI Product at AI Summit UAE 2025.
What kind of products do you design?
SaaS dashboards and admin panels, AI product interfaces (chat, scoring and recommendation UIs, agent workflows), mobile apps for iOS and Android, web apps and landing pages built for conversion, and design systems in Figma. I've worked across B2B SaaS, fintech, healthcare, marketplaces and mixed reality.
How does a project with you work?
We agree on the success metric first. I audit what exists, wireframe the risky flows before touching UI, then design high-fidelity screens in Figma with a clickable prototype. Handoff includes tokens, annotations and edge cases, and after launch I keep iterating on what the data says.

What is your background?
I started in Chartered Accountancy before moving into design in 2019. That business grounding shapes how I work: every design decision is tied to a metric the business actually tracks, like activation, conversion or retention.
